A Quickie – Pork Tacos
Remember the slow cooker pork I made for the Cali-Que Sandwich? This is the second incarnation of the most fabulous pork.
All I did was heat up some salsa, red or green will work, along with some lager and stirred in the pork to warm thorough. Add the pork and whatever toppings you like to a tortilla and you have a brand new dinner. My sides were a yellow rice package that I cooked with coconut milk and green beans roasted with chili powder and a touch of cumin.
